New Toys & Things!

I met a Tomato this week. I am told that this is a Fruit. It is Produce, so I made AAB Christine take it away from here.

You smell like Produce. Begone!
I also assassinated a roll of papers, and I did this without getting any labels stuck in my whiskers!

Label papers - 1, Tober - 1
Even though I am locked out of the processing office at night, I have learned that I can sneak in during the day sometimes and have fun with the paper products while my employees are busy answering the phone and waiting on customers.

I also think that my Staff people are trying to distract me from my love of chewing on Cords. They have brought some strange rubbery offerings that they seem to want me to chew on:

I am hugging the mousie because it contains Catnip.
They keep telling me that the skinny one is a Cord, but it's not. It's a rubbery worm, and it doesn't have all the interesting wires in it that a Cord has. They all stood around me on the morning they gave it to me and said "Chew it, Tober, it's a Cord. It's a Cord!" I'm not stupid.

Occasionally, when they're not looking, I sniff it and bat it around a bit. (The mousie has 'nip, so I don't mind it so much.)

One Smart Cat,

Tober

Why would they want you to chew on a worm? GROSS.

Tober, chew on that worm cuz one day if you chew on those cords too much you will get your whiskers fried! We are happy that you are doing so well with keeping the produce outta' that place. A library is fur books☺

Tober,
I like tomatoes! I whap them off the counter when I see them! Ernie likes to chew cords too...our mom started putting some nasty tasting stuff on the cords to get him to stop cuz she doesn't want him to get fried...

We think you are smarter than your staff...

Tober I am surprised you didn't like tomato - at least as a toy. I know it is produce but it is also a ball!

We have that same mouse that you have in the picture - and for a similar reason! We are trying to get Barney to stop chewing on cords and also to stop chewing on fingers. He is like you - not falling for it!

Have a wonderful weekend!!

You should've batted the tomato around, it would have been fun we bet! And good for you for not falling for the ol' "it's a cord" ploy. Silly beans, thinkin' we're that dumb. *sheesh*

Purrs and hugs,
The Kitty Krew

We don't much like produce at our house, but mum keeps it tucked away. And I don't think that any of us has chewed on Cords, but we do like to try and bat things around (like mum's mobile phone - oops.)

Have a good weekend Tober!

Tomato. Tomahto. Just roll thing all the way off the desk. Bury the rubber worm...Not feeling that. Maybe your staff should get you a playmate for when they're not there? :)

And I think you're quite the intelligent cat!
